The Perry Twins The Perry Twins, actual twin brothers Doug and Derek, first rose to prominence as backup dancers for Kristine W and Ari Gold in the 2000s, but had been spinning records since the late '90s. After working the L.A. circuit and establishing themselves as top-flight remix artists, the Perry Twins began to catch fire as a recording duo in its own right by the end of the 2000s. Their debut single, "Activate My Body," featuring soulful female vocals by Jania, balanced a fierce dance beat with a hooky 1990s dance-pop sensibility, and soared to the upper reaches of Billboard's dance charts in early 2009. Follow-up single "Bad, Bad Boy" played heavily upon the group's gay club following, and was the most played 12" by midsummer of that same year. |
Intern Adam of 107.5 The River Intern Adam is the name that Adam Davis has created for himself in the entertainment world. As the sneaky, gossipy, and hipster kid on Nashville radio station 107.5 The River, he has become one of the most recognizable faces in Nashville. Adam grew up on a farm in rural Kentucky where he had dreams of becoming a famous, wait for it, country music singer! So upon graduation from high school he threw his belongings into his car and headed for Music City, USA. It was there that Adam had a little success on music row but often found himself behind the scenes on such shows as CMT Most Wanted Live, CMT Crossroads, and other Nashville based productions as the audience warm-up guy. A few shots of Jack and a cancelled show later, he found himself on the radio, far different from his dream. Since hitting the airwaves nearly 6 years ago, his work and reporting on celeb scandals has landed him on E! News, The Daily Ten, TMZ, PerezHilton.com, ESPN News, The Today Show, and NBC Nightly News. |
Taje' St. James & Guests The current reigning Miss KY Continental Plus, Taje' is the headlining performer at Nashville's own Club Blu. She shares her amazing performances with us along with her fabulous friends; Mya Campbell, Sasha Dereon & Nece Sexton. |
